PRICING
As labels and distributors constantly update their catalogs with product deletions and prices changes, all availability and prices offered herein are subject to change without notice.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
On rare occasions, we may be out of stock on an item that you've purchased even though the product was availabe for purchase and did not have a "out of stock" warning. If in any event you purchased an item(s) which we are unable to fulfill in your order, we will notify of its availability status and give you a time frame of fulfillment. Otherwise, we will promptly issue the proper credit/refund for it (them).
RETURNS
All products are accepted for retuturn within 30 days of purchase and must be in unopened and resaleable condition. A return request must be submitted by email upon which a return authorization will be issued. Please use this authorization code on your returns package. Any unauthorized return will be refused and resent to you at you own cost.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
All defective product will be accepted for exchange within 30 days of purchase. A replacement copy will be sent for the defective item(s) upon receipt and inspection of your defective return(s). If we are unable to replace your defective item, we will issue a refund to your account.
